In preparation for my visit to the Knarr , I followed my normal routine of checking the weather forecast before turning in for he evening. The forecast was rain and temps in the 50’s, could be a chill in the air. As the gloom approached YHC made his way to the AO to discover two other vehicles, Blart and Buckeye. I noticed that Buckeye was driving a truck with Michigan plates. YHC chose to wear shorts and short sleeve shirt and upon seeing the Michigan license plate I expected to see Buckeye dressed for the beach, figuring that he was no stranger to cold temperatures. Buckeye was suited up in what appeared to be layers enough to endure North Pole conditions. I questioned this clothing choice to discover that Buckeye was most recently in South Carolina before the Coast Guard sent him to Carterico.
On to the warm-a-rama
After mission statement and disclaimer it was time to get some blood pumping.

On to the Thang…
After a little recon jog on the fields and discovering the giant puddles covering the little ankle twister holes hidden in the puddles a spot under one of the pavilions was chosen for our base. I brought along the decagon workout ball, a different exercise is printed on all sides. YHC informed the Pax of plan. We would roll the ball one time, preform the exercise then run one lap around the parking lot. Then roll the ball twice and run two laps. Always increasing by one for each evolution. As we took turns rolling the ball one specific panel kept appearing as the chosen exercise, Burpees!
We were able to get to 5 rolls and 5 laps before Hard Stop
Announcements: there will be workouts tomorrow to be announced by Gertrude
Blart took us out in a standing BOM.
Always an honor to lead.
