We gathered this morning to get a little better and start our weekend off right. To the soundside we went, begining an indian run. First two men peeled off and performed 20 squats while the group kept moving. When those two caught up and yelled six, the next two did the same.

We made a uturn and continued the indian run all the way to the intersection of Lord Granville and Brandywine Blvd where we stopped for a little stretching. Back on the indian run all the way to the clubhouse for 11’s in the parking lot Bobby Hurley’s and Mountain Climbers.

Back down the boulevard indian run style, the exercise changed to 20 lunges all the way to the flag for groiners forward and reverse IC x 20 for Purple Rain and Griswold. Time enough for one last palate cleanser before the hard stop, announcements, and COT.
