YHC and Wilson needed an active recovery day from the Sasquatch and Dash8 needed to ease back in after a 10 day tailgate in Osh Kosh.  Luckily, Winnie arrived during warmarama with the bands so we avoided a 45 minute power nap.  Although, YHC has to admit that my leadership was nap-worthy this morning.  After Wilson led us though a warm up with the tablesetter crew, we began a slow roll mosey down the waterfront stopping along the way to complete around 5 sets of the following:

  • Chest Press SCx20
  • Chest Fly SCx20
  • Seated row SCx20
  • Reverse Fly SCx20
  • Shoulder Press SCx20
  • Curls SCx20
  • Toe raises SCx20
  • Step ups SCx20

We also got in the following a few times:

  • box jumps SCx10
  • Picnic table deadlifts SCx10

Mary consisted of LBC’s IC x 20

We finished up in the COT with the tablesetter.  Prayers for lassie’s brother and wisdom/guidance for the Board of Education as they make the decision on whether to close MaST early college high school tonight.  Wolverine took us out.
