Q showed up early to setup a workout before 5:30. On the way back to the shovel flag I notice a very ugly Ref Ford Ranger in the Parking lot… Could it be? Sure enough… Best Friend KoKo showed up to workout to surprise the Q; after seeing each other once in the past 6 months.  (Bet you didn’t think this would be a tear jerker Back Blast)

Only 4 Pax all together so Q gave some kind of disclaimer and we began!

Warmarama: Cotton Pickers 15, WindMills 15, Right over Left stretch, Left over Right stretch.

The Thang:

Ron Burgundy went to MacDonalds the previous day and had a Quarter Pounder; so that’s what we did! Quarter Pounder: with 5 markers on the field (Baseline, 25yd, 50yd, 75yd, & 100yd) Pax ran to marker at 25 yds and did 25 Merkins, Back Pedaled to Baseline, Ran to 50yd marker and did 50 Squats, Back pedaled to baseline, ran to 75 yd marker did 75 single count LBC’s, Back pedaled to Baseline, ran to the 100 yd marker and did 100 Side Straddle Hops, Back pedaled to baseline.

Each Pax grabbed a marker (tires) and returned them to their rightful place.

Mosey Track

Merkin Mile: Pax ran a mile on the track. After each lap (quarter mile) Pax did 25 Merkins. Toatallying to 1 mile ran and 100 merkins performed.

Mosey to Benches next to locker rooms.

15 Dips, 15 Urkins

The Cooper: Pax ran around the building next to the benches. Did 10 Merkins, 10 Burpees, 10 LBC’s in cadence. Then ran around the building and did 9 Merkins, 9 Burpees, 9 LBC’s in cadence… all the way down to 3 of each (We ran out of time to finish).
