With Pasqually calling for help on Slack Tuesday, YHC decided taking the HIN Q was the sure fire way to beat the fartsack on a 28 degree morning.  I figured to have 4 or 5 Pax with the temps below 30 and was pleased to find 12 hearty souls looking to get it on.  With the 1 minute warning given followed by a flawless mission statement and disclaimer, we were off.  We moseyed up the block behind Pineapples’ old stomping grounds to circle up for some warmarama.  SSH x 20 IC speeding up at the halfway point. Cotton pickers starting at the back and picking forward IC x 10, Sungods x 10 IC, backward, overhead, and then forward, hillbillies x 10 IC followed by legs stretch, left over right then right over left.  From here we moseyed back the way we came to stop at the bottom left of the sidewalk that loops by the Wayne West building.

The Thang:

Partners will run the loop together, stopping at the 4 corners of the loop for partner exercises

Lap 1 : Partner merkins, 5 at stop 1, then 10, then 15 and 20 at stop 4. Lap 2: Partner American hammers, 5, 10, 15, and 20. Lap 3: Partner burpees, 2,3,4 and 5. Lap 4: Partner WWI, 5,10,15, and 20.

Mosey to patio behind student center: Dips x 20, derkins x 20, step ups x 20, erkins x 20. Rinse and repeat led by Plunger,Bayliner, Monkey, and maybe others.

Mosey back to side walk for 2 more laps. Lap 5: lunges IC 5,10,15 and 20 and Lap 6 squats  5,10,15, and then 20 IC by Duckbutter.  To the flag for Mary

Mary: 5 burpees oyo, american hammers x 20 IC followed by downward dog and cobra for some stretching.

COT with the kettlebellers. Announced Thursday workouts with Ram at the court and Squid at the Swash, Navy and Boss Tweed somewhere.

YHC took us out in prayer.

Until next time
