Each with a retaining wall block, we did
15 two arm curls, 15 left arm curls, 15 right arm curls
30 second overhead hold, 40 overhead presses
From there we moseyed west to the bench for . . .

Finally, we moseyed back to the boardwalk west of the Dockhouse for . . .
