THANG – 10 coupon stations set out and rotated thru by the pax whilst the cadence called out by the Cinderblock curl station — Derkin off a block, Blurpee, Block Press, Block Curl, Kettlebell Squat, Kettlebell American Hammer, Heels to Heaven, Block Squat, Peter Parker, and Infinity Merkins . After the first round we added 10 each of Band exercises prior to each station —  curl, press, squat for 5 stations and then tricep kickbacks, comeatme bros and squats again for the last 5 stations until reaching the last station where we ended with all 6 band exercises prior to said station.

Cant bring Cinderblocks to a workout without the rounds of Clock merkins they were intended for so … yeah, we did that too.

PAX CHOICE MARY – time stood still when the hairy eagle joined in.
