5 PAX met the Croatan Park VFW Rd on another beautiful Caterico morning. Mild temperatures and slight breeze out of the south west set us up for a beautiful morning of running and rucking. Bosley and Catfight chose to run in preparation for their upcoming PFT and cleared the path of the cotton candy spiderwebs for the three ruckers.  Much appreciated fellas.   We logged in 3.91 miles, had some strong second F, and kept a wary eye out for alligators and bears so Brockovich didn’t mow us down with his 50lb rucksack.
