FIRST FORMATION RUN

The Green Mile turned over site Q from the calloused hands of CouchPotato, to the blistered hands of FrankNbeans. To mark the occasion a formation run was conducted crossing Coast Guard Road and running the length of Reed Drive to the E.I. Welcome Center. Couch Potato carried the flag while Dash-8 called cadence. Navy and Griswald served as road guards and PurpleRain was honorary Corpsman, ready to pick up any stragglers or injuries. After a few brief stretching exercises the group returned to the Beach Mart for a total of 2.8 miles. Several Pax carried the flag on the return. Name-a-rama, Announcements, prayer requests and the Circle of Trust concluded the work-out. Pax signed the Green Mile flag post and consumed mass quantities of Gatorade and H2O.
