Full disclosure, I am not a fan of running. Never have been, not likely to ever be a fan. Blessed with a lot of great friends who truly enjoy running, and I admire them for their passion and dedication.
So why would I do The Green Mile. Eat That Frog, which if you haven’t heard the term before it essentially means prioritize what you need to accomplish for the day and do the hardest task first. You won’t procrastinate, and everything after that will get easier. I like that kind of plan. It’s easy to figure out, simple to execute, goal orientated, and produces results.
9 HIM came out to run/ruck/walk their way through the Green Mile. T-Claps to Backup for showing up before school and getting stronger. T-Claps to Tony Romo for motivating and leading his 2.0! T-Claps for Cheech as a new guy jumping in and posting multiple AO’s as he trains for the Ragnar. Several of the guys are training for the Blue Ridge Relay and are pushing hard to post low times, keep it up men! A variety of distances were covered, 3,4,5+ miles, and everyone who made it out got stronger for posting.
