Chafing at the green mile

Five motivated men gathered in the thick humidity for another Monday morning run. After the world’s slackest mission statement and disclaimer, two pax took off for bridge repeats and the others ran the bike path down Coast guard Road.  We all ended up back together at 6:15 for a hard stop, except for sparkles who was running in circles to get that last 0.05 miles on his watch for an even number… Can anyone say Type A?   Then, standing next to a really sweaty Cooter, sparkles added in TMI about The condition of his nipples.   We closed with announcements and prayer, and then someone farted.

We really need couch potato and frank n beans To return home so we can get some maturity back at the Green mile!   It’s just not the same without them.
