Having not made the trekk to Newport YHC decided it was as good a time as any to go west’ard and After being on island time for 2 weeks I’m not gonna lie getting up early has been a challenge.  But I arose bright eyed and bushy tailed for today’s workout.  Iron does sharpen Iron and i would have fartsacked without the accountability of having the Q. I’m very thankful for that part of F3.

4 men gathered round the flag under threat of rain but YHC had formulated a plan that involved being under shelter, and the plan was to stay mostly dry.
Promptly at 5:30 I gave the full disclaimer and mission statement to the pax and off we went to the B.B. courts for warmorama

Mosey to the shelter to begin our workout each move was performed for 1 minuet high intensity 25 seconds of rest

5. Run to B.B. courts and back

8. Merkins

We completed 3 3/4 rounds and It was a HS at 6:15

It’s funny how little we get rained on here in Carterico the Rain started about 6:12 mear minuets before the HS, it was a glorious morning to step outside the comfortable confines of MHC and see first hand fort Benjamin park and meet some of our  western brothers.

Monkey wrench took us out in the COT with a great prayer.
