Four dudes showed up this morning expecting a workout, we started with the standard mission statement and warmarama.
Thang: 3 games of full court hoops with exercises in between such as pullups, merkins, planks, and SSHs.
We had a good time just hanging out and having some fun on the court. Got our 2.5 miles in too.
