B.OM.B.S. are a Q’s best friend

YHC is glad to be back to a Saturday workout, cooler mornings, and the FIELD OF DREAMS! It was great to see 3 FNG’s, a 2.0 plus 16 dedicated PAX to start the day, 21 with the Q, what’s a Q to do? Mission Statement on the fly, no time to waste. QIC separated Senior PAX [over 2 years] and partnered them with the FNGs and newer PAX for F3 intro, 5 Principles and be sure they had a good start.

After a failed attempt curb the mumble chatter with a few SunGods, Q tried RedSun-YellowSun, then 50 WW1’s… Tough crowd so straight to plan B for B.O.M.B.S.

50 Burpees, 100 IC Overhead press, 150 Merkins, 150 BigBoySitUps [credit for 50 done], and 250 Squats.

Tennis anyone? Along the fence- Peoples ChAirPress while pax begin Indian BearCrawl to the other end. Return with BTTW and Standing Long Jumps, Indian style back to start.

It would be right to not show some homage to Sparkles since he was trapped inside with sick children, so the BigSexy seemed appropriate. 20 Monkey Humpers IC, 20 Pickle Pounds IC, 20 Boss Tweeds IC close to his fence and in his direction, love you man!

To the Bleachers for some DORA – Partner A – Dips Partner B – Back Peddles then sprint [never did see a sprint, jus sayin], switch to 50, Partner A- Step ups – repeat, back to Dips for all.
