It had been a while since I was able to Q a workout due to nagging knee issue so I was glad I was able to Q the HIN on the first Wednesday of the new year.  Here’s how it went down:

First Stop

10 Merkins, 10 LBC, 10 Doublewides, 10 Copperhead Squats

Second Stop

15 Plank Jacks, 15 Freddy Mercury(IC), 15 Alternating Shoulder Taps(15), 15 Lunges each leg

Third Stop

20 Mountain Climbers, 20 WWI, 20 Merkins, 20 Wojo Squats

Fourth Stop

25 Side Straddle Hops, 25 Low Slow Flutter(IC), 25 count Plank Hold, 25 Spider Merkins

Stopped at community college building for 10 count peoples chair

To the back patio for dips and step ups

Jang lead us off to Deebo’s hill for a seven stack of burpees and plank jacks since Suitcase didn’t want us to join up with “Bellers”
