If you try to hang to your life, you will lose it, but whoever loses their life for me will save it. ~ LUKE 9:24

I read a bit of Luke yesterday and was wondering how to apply that strong verse, then as I realized I had the FOD Q, it came to me…

YHC got home at 11:30p from an away Bball game in Windsor, GCS vs BACA, TaterTot with 2 -3’s and 2-2 from the free throw line, W by 5, great game. However the brain was a bit off and all my well thought out plans for a mixed work out were not coming together. So I went straight to fun facts about the greatest of traditions, the ARMY-NAVY football rivalry. I highly recommend you read up on the Wikipedia version for yourself.

Warmarama – nope, can’t do it, had a pic-nic with Erkins and Dips, then some American Hammers to loosen up what Blart broke last week… a bit of mosey then just figured we’d just play a bit of Black Jack to eat the clock.

The THANG – 21’s with Burpees and Dips and a 50 yard dash in between seemed like a good idea at the time, we probably should have have done the 20 Burps first and counted down, who is this idiot Q? And thinking we’d end at 100 each… I did mention through the fun that something wasn’t adding up, but the great men beside me continued their efforts, TCLaps to LunchBox who hasn’t been able to post much since the storm yet continues to maintain his AO and give his best every chance, you have always inspired me to push brother, thank you for the opportunity.

So we got ‘er done and it was time for Mary, PAX Choice, Low Slow flutters, WW1’s, American Hammers, Navy’s latest invention- the LBC/low slow flutter!?, and the 2 Burpees to make 102 [but was really 212… LOL] and of coarse my personal fav, the Superman IC, until hard stop.

Announcements – GreenMile Monday – come out and meet my Sponsor, and an awesome leader ButtonCap!

LunchBox took us out in a great prayer, thanks again LB! Always an honor gents
