YHC had already forgot about his upcoming Q until he saw it on Gert’s rundown yesterday. Having Q’d the Boonedocks some time back it was great to be back with the boys to the West. RonBurgundy and Plunger joined the clown car to Cape Carteret with YHC at 5:05 and we were off. Arriving at the church to a cool 65 degrees it was bound to be a Lassie style glorious morning. With Purplerain,Navy, and Sparkles coming in from a standard, the 2 minute and 1 minute warning were given. With 12 strong men ready to roll, the mission statement and disclaimer were given and we were off to the parking lot across the street for some warmarama.

With everyone sufficiently warm and Puddles agreeing that the best way to fight off soreness was with Burpees, we were on to the thang:
The thang: Rolling rack and stack. We would mosey block to block stopping at each intersection to rack and stack various excercises. In all we moseyed about 3 miles and made 11 stops as foillows:
Stop 1: 5 burpees
Stop2: 5 burpees, 10 merkins
Stop 3: 5 burpees, 10 merkins, 15 LBC’s IC
Stop 4: 5 burpees, 10 merkins, 15 LBC’s IC, 20 plankjacks
Stop 5; 5 burpees, 10 merkins, 15 LBC’s IC, 20 plankjacks, 25 Monkey Humpers IC
Time to unstack
Stop 6: 5 burpees, 10 merkins, 15 LBC’s IC, 20 plankjacks
Stop 7: 5 burpees, 10 merkins, 15 LBC’s
Stop 8 : In Bubba McLean’s driveway. 5 burpees IC counted off by YHC followed by 10 mekins SC counted off by YHC.
Stop 9 : 5 burpees
At this point we turned back toward the water when Lunchbox was moved by the spirit to proclaim we were going away from the church. Purplerain made us aware that we couldn’t trample across the Presbyterian’s property in route to the Baptist church. Lunchbox agreed to convert over if it meant less running.
YHC was so impressed by the PAX ability to do the burpees IC to a called count we repeated them twice more at the last 2 stops.
With 10 minutes to spare we returned to the church for some last minute drills. Balls to the wall x 5 count per man, peoples chair with 10 air presses per man (yep 120 total), followed by dips IC x 25 and just for Navy we finished with derkins x 20 sc. Mosey to the flag for Mary.
Mary: American hammer x 25 IC, low very slow flutters x 15 IC, and x’s and o’s 10ct,15ct, and finally X for 30 ct. Hard stop.
Announcements: The vacationing Puddles on the FOD Saturday, Sasquatch coming up soon, and workouts all over the place this week. Prayers for Lassie and Ford and others. Lunchbox took us out in the ball of man prayer. It was great to be with you guys today. We welcome Apnea in for a visit. Great work by all PAX and as we said in the beginning….it will be fun!
