7 Pax braved the beautiful clear night sky, Orionid Meteor Shower and the cool morning air.  We gathered in the Sweet Beans parking lot.  After the 3,2,1 min warnings YHC than gave the standard disclaimer and F3 mission statement.

The Thang:

With my green glow stick in hand. We rucked over the AB bridge to the Circle with a coupon(25# kettle bell) passing down the line ever 5mins. As we rucked over the bridge several bright meteors streaked the sky. Lassie and Stankyleg were more impressed with my traffic conducting skills.  I learned everything I know from Reef Donkey.

Once at the Circle YHC lined up the Pax on Dipper’s Wall(Davis Beachwear) for a Peoples Chair with packs on the chest. After an ascending 5 count down the line. YHC had the Pax complete a descending 5 count back down the line.

Pax then completed the following:

Pack curls x 20

Overhead pack press x 20

Merkins x 20

Lassie enjoyed the first 20 Merkins so much he asked for 20 more.

On a side note: Some call him the Rain Man of Q school. Others call him Ronnie B.

With packs back on we rucked back over the AB bridge to Sweet Beans with a coupon(25# kettle bell) passing down the line ever 5mins.

Total ruck: 4 miles
