When YHC answered a call from @ronburgandy to cover his Q for this Monday, I knew what the weather would be like and for some reason, I knew that the turnout would possibly be low. Nevertheless, I knew there had to be a workout planned and I began to decide on what to do as I traveled to the site. I arrived to find @wilson already there sitting in his vehicle waiting to see if anyone else would show. I ventured over to his vehicle, and explained the plan fo attack for the workout that was about to commence. Since there was only 2 of us, no need for warnings, disclaimer was understood and we were on our way.

Lt Dan form gazebo in front of Southern Salt to Gulf Dock Store and back
Repeat exercises again with the dame amount of reps 2 more times
With this round of exercises completed and the rain trying to decide whether it was going to stop or not, we began the next part of our morning with:
People’s Chair 3 Rounds 30 sec each (on @wilson’s count)
Standing rows
Chest fly
Chest press
Above 3 exercises sing posts from gazebo for 2 rounds
Hard stop as time expired and we headed back to our vehicles discussing how even with 2 PAX, you can still have a kick-ass workout. Announcements and prayer request were made. Please continue to remember @ronburgandy, his M and her family as they go through this time on their lives.
