1. Separate into two groups, group 1 on track, group 2 on bleachers,
2. Group 1 run 1 lap, Group 2 bleacher snakes- meet at gat for, 5 bropees, 10 merkins , 15 squats, ,20 low slow flutters, (2 rounds)
3. Group 1 run 1 lap, Group 2 bleacher snakes- meet at gat for, 5 bropees, 10 merkins , 15 squats, ,20 low slow flutters, (2 rounds)

4. Then to bars for 10 pull ups, 20 dry docks, 20 dips in cadence.

5. Group 1 run 1 lap, Group 2 bleacher snakes- meet at gat for, 5 bropees, 10 merkins , 15 squats, ,20 low slow flutters.
