The workout last Friday was straight forward and fairly simple, a little interval training to set some speed up for the races we have upcoming and the Palmetto 200…we proceeded as follows.

Disclaimer provided I explained exactly what interval work would entail. We would execute a 10, 8, 6, 4, 2, workout…meaning we would run easy for 10 minutes hard for 2, easy for 8 hard for 2 and so on…The warmarama would occur throughout the first 10 minute segment.

We headed east through the parking lot of CCC and onto the grounds of the visitor center for a quick stretch near the boat ramp….continued quickly down Evans Street for two more rounds of stretching and then completed our set of intervals headed east on Evans Street while working to circle back for the six as much as possible.  All told we completed a total of 5.25 miles.

We gathered up and announcements where provided, YHC took the PAX out in prayer.
