Started off with a mosey to the bleachers and proceeded to snake them 1x. Headed to the track after that. Started off with a round of 16 merkins, monkey humpers, mountain climbers and lbc. Ftom there we ran to the next corner of the track for a round of 15 burpees, bird man crunches, plank jacks and wojos. Continued this pattern as long as the clock allowed. We made it down to 6 reps. Ran back to the parking lot for a round of dying cock roaches and a HC. Great job guys!
