Time to ruck we made in over the bridge to McCurdys and back to the flag :
This workout was strictly Rucking for a total of 4.40 miles an average speed of 3.5mph for a total of 560C per Garmin.
Spinal Tap took us out in a BOM.
MoleSkin: Great push this morning we did carry the team weight the entire way and worked on all 3 F’s. Fitness, Fellowship, and Faith. Great group of men.
