YHC pulled up to the visitors center early around 430 to get in a standard. To my surprise I saw what looked like 2 homeless men laying out on the picnic table. Further inspection I rolled up on Koko and Chain Link which just finished up rucking from HAVELOCK. Great job men way to push the envelope. As I made it back from the standard the pac started showing up and ready to go. We circled up the mission statement and Fitness Fellowship, and Faith were given it was time to Ruck .We headed out east towards the bridge stopping at .6 miles for the 1st stop.

Great job by all and we carried a 25LBS kettle bell the entire way passing off from each pax member. The Capital Ruck is coming up check your gear and make sure you have lights and reflective gear. We all need to be careful as we are losing more and more daylight. Great job by all pax members today . Remember Iron sharpens Iron.
Holiday took us out this morning and what a perfect prayer it was.
Happy Friday men
