YHC rolled in at 0505 to meet for the standard. Misty and I took off at 0505 sharp and logged 2.25 miles to make it back 3 minutes before the hard start. Everyone circled up 2 minutes and 1 minute warning was given.
0525 with no FNG in sight YHC rattled off the mission statement and it was time to get to work. We headed out of the WCHS parking lot with a short mosey to the front of the school.

It was time to put some work in we took off down the trail for 3 long minutes 1st stop was :
15 Merkin, 15LBC, 5 Burpees
Back on the Mosey to the Newspaper stand :
Plank for the six followed by 20 Merkin, 20 LBC,5 Burpees
Right back into a fast Mosey past the Friendly Market down the path to the Crystal Bluffs parking lot.
Plank for the six followed by 25 Merkins, 25 LBC, 5 Burpees
It was time to turn and head back down the path in a westerly route.
Next time was past the Newspaper stand across the bridge and up the small hill to the top we stopped :
Planked for the six followed by 20 Merkins, 20 LBC, 5 Burpees
Right back on the mosey the pax was getting stretched out at this point so the front group backed off the pace just a touch.
Next stop was 15 Merkins. 15 LBC, 5 Burpees.
Right back on the mosey again to the front of the school for : 5 Merkins, 5 LBC, 5 Burpees
With 10 minutes to go we got right back on the Mosey around the school to the track 800 meters then headed back to the shovel flag.
After the six was in we did 10 Merkins, 10 LBC, and 5 Burpees for a hard stop at 0615.
This one was a hard push the entire time and the pax looked strong great job by all:
We performed the following: 110 Merkins, 110 LBC, 35 Burpees with 4.2 miles by Garmin.
Moleskin: There wasn’t much time for Mumble Chatter this morning as everyone was working on breathing the entire time. Thank you for the push we can make each other better one work out at a time. No pain No gain !
