YHC pulled into the AO early this morning with high winds and heavy rain greeting me. The fields were soaked and the gates to the track were locked so it was time to rethink my entire workout. The massive parking lot will be perfect. Walking the site I see my first customer. Byrider from F3greensboro drives in and must have brought the good weather with him. Rains and wind calmed down to nothing. Princess arrives and plants his flags. Next came our other two guests, Cherry and Speedbump from F3btown. The rest of the PAX soon follows and it’s a hard start.  Time for some:

3 minutes left so we hit the fountain area and concrete bench area for some dips and step ups. Frank N Beans decided to overturn one of the benches out of sheer spite (just kidding!).  Hard stop is upon us so we mosey back to flag for namarama, announcements and prayer requests.  Princess on deck for the Mullet tomorrow.
