Soggy Ground and Salty PAX at the Court

Knowing the window for this mornings workout would be tight given the forecast it was a welcome sight to see stars in the sky as I made my way to Rotary Park for the weekly revival of the Carterican Court.  With a good number of our usual PAX in distant lands the expectation for a large PAX was low, that was until I noticed the Madoff Clown Car rolling up behind me on Mayberry Loop…alas he was too intimidated to stop at the AO within 2 miles of his house and chose to drive twice as far???  His loss I suppose.  Our small band of HIM gathered on a rain soaked lot to begin our day…one by one the PAX rolled in until time was called and off we moseyed toward the basketball courts for warmarama under no impression that our feet would remain dry this morning.

Time to Mosey, across the way to the parking lot adjacent to Big Rock Stadium for a DORA as follows:

• 100 – Groiners
• 200 – Lunges
• 300 – WWI’s
• 400 – Peter Parkers

While one partner works to complete the rep sets the other runs around the parking lot and back, flip flop and continue.

Time being short we moved to the outfield wall at Big Rock Stadium.

Partner B run around the lower parking lot and back…Realizing after round 1 this was an insanely log run while attempting to stay in BTW we Omaha’d to the first light pole and back in the lower lot, completing three rounds of the above.
