Snookie’s not Dead

YHC is way behind on his BRR training to up early it was to get about 3 miles in before the workout.  Rolling back to the AO I see pillbox and cheech waiting on me.   Good job guys: pillbox Ms birthday was yesterday and I guess he was able to do those duties and still make it this morning and cheech closed the bar down last night with family in town and was up early also.  Next to roll in was Half Time, he is a machine right now.  If you guys want a picture of the “invigoration of male community leadership” he is your man.  He has stepped up his game in so many ways it is nuts since the launch of F3Lejeune.  Tclaps brother keep up the good work.  The greatest Site Q in all of F3nation was next to show, thanks for all you do Princess you are a rock star.

I started to get a little worried, Snookie had said the only reason he would not be there was if he was dead and he was not there yet.  I had started planning funeral arrangements, but then I see another vehicle and yes it is our brother alive and well.  Snookie so awesome to have you there brother.  I know that once you get out of the routine it is hard, just take it one day at a time and drink lots of water in those hot attics.  It is not the same when you are not here and we love having your ugly face there.

Warmarama:  We took a stroll around the park with some intermittent stops to do a few warm up exercises,  ended in the parking lot for a little foot action through the parking lot lines.  Feeling sufficiently warmed up it was time to move to the thang.

Thang 1: DORA: P1 run about 50 yards and back while P2 does exercise and switch. Numbers are cumulative to equal.  50 monkey humpers, 100 squats, 200 LBCs, and 300 air presses

Thang 2: Suicide on the basketball court.  Lunge forward, backpedal back to line with squats at each line.

Mary: PAX choice, he calls an exercise while he does a lap around lot the PAX do said item AMRAP.
