I spent Monday trying to recover from posting for the Murph only to get reminded about Qing the Boondocks on Tuesday, so the plan would be something light and restful. We should probably do some stretching and short moseys between complaining about sore muscles. So this is what we did.
the warm up
1 round of ATMs, mountain climbers and plank jacks
short mosey to rear lot for Windmills and sungods
short mosey across the street for a round of 5 points – start in the center with 3 burpees, then run to a corner to specific exercise then back to middle for burpees
diamond merkins, double wide merkins, merkins, and peter parkers
short mosey to back lot for a round of aiken legs
squats, box jumps, reverse lunges, and split jacks
short mosey across street for round 2 of 5 points
ww1, lbc, freddie mercs, american hammers
short mosey to back lot for round 2 of aiken legs
with time running out, we circled up at the flag for a round of bear crawl ring of fire
10 merkins, then round the PAX in bear crawl fashion while PAX in plank position
