12 strong men gathered in the gloom for a fast paced ruck downtown Morehead with absolutely phenomenal conditions!

The Thang:
We covered 2.3 miles in just under 45 minutes with some great Second F. There were only two stops along the way. At the first stop we did 10 10 second squat holds with our rucks on the front. The second stop we did 5 20 second squat holds with our rucks on the front.

Mary:
3 minutes of much needed stretching.
