4 corners with a stack adding 1 additional exercise to each corner.
1st corner 5 burpees
2nd corner 5 burpees 10 murkins
3rd corner 5 burpees 10 murkins 15 squats
4th corner 5 burp 10 mur 15 sq 20 plank J’s
Repeat the process in reverse order 20,15,10,5 all the same exercises
3rd round
1st corner 10 monkey humpers
2nd corner add 20 mountain climbers
3rd corner add 30 shoulder taps (15 each arm)
4th corner add 40 air presses
By this time we covered 2.25 miles and time was running out. We moseyed to the benches for the following:
