Standard start with a mosey.  Then warmups

  • Good mornings  IC X 10
  • Cotton Pickers  IC X 10
  • Windmills   IC  X 10

  • Side straddle hops  IC X 10

Getting on with the Knaarrrr.

Mosey to the BB field.

Five Burpees OYO

At home plate roll the dice.

1 will be 1 burpee, run to first base and do 10 squat jumps, mosey back to home base.

2 = 2 burpees, run to 2nd and do 20 peter parkers, mosey back to home

3 = 3 burpees, run to third for 30 WW1 sit ups, mosey back to home

4= home run, run the bases,

5 & 6+ pop fly, 5 or 6 burpees

Three doubles were rolled, two triples, 1 home run, 1 single, pop fly

Mosey to the picnic tables

Dips X 20

Jump ups X 20

Side step ups X 10 each side

Erkins X 20

Mosey to Basketball court

As many pull ups as you can then run a lap around the court.

25 push ups you can do then run a lap.

25 scissor lunges then run a lap.

25 monkey humpers then run a lap

Mosey back to the Flag for Mary

5 minutes of Mary. everybody picks their own exercises.

Announcements and Prayer Concerns, and Blart led us out with a heartfelt prayer.
