Ready Position Move

I was pleasantly surprised to see a light rain instead of a huge downpour when I woke on Tuesday morning prior to the Boondocks.  I had already planned on having much of the workout under the confines of the strip mall awning at the Java Post so I Omaha’d my workout plan to include a little mosey here and there.  Laettner recruited 15 PAX to meet today for the workout and in they rolled one by one.  I only counted 12 but saw Purple Rain’s truck rolling in just in time for the mission statement.  He got a bit of the red ass for me moving the site location and was checking the church for any random people that might just stop by the church for a workout at 530 or any of the PAX that might have not gotten the 14 different messages that I sent on the location change.  His gums were bumping as soon as he got out of his truck about the location change.  Griswold and Laettner soon jumped in on the harassment.

After the mission statement, Couch Potato drives in about 30 seconds late.  Had to find his keys…he never drives anywhere.  2 burpees were given to the PAX and couch potato got to watch…full metal jacket.

Somewhere in here I supposedly said “ready position move” instead of “starting position move.”  I had already blocked the mumble chatter out at this point so I didn’t even pay attention to what they were saying.  Buttoncap joined in on the harassment but I couldn’t hear what he was saying.  Charlie Brown’s school teacher comes to mind.

Nameorama….an initial count of 17 was given for only 14 PAX….Griswold, Couch Potato and Laettner got back in line a couple different times.  I was able to fight through it though…I’ve got three kids.
