I pulled into the AO around my usual time this morning and to my surprise no Monkey Wrench sitting in the truck. Did the “wear your A shoes” pre blast send him to the hint of being on the grass over at the Dread?  To be sure not. Four PAX arrived eager to start prepping for the over indulging that is soon upon us. I mentioned to Aflac that we had enough burpees yesterday thanks to Au Jus so we were safe…but I was wrong as you will see.  We headed to the upper lot past where the Anchor B guys were warming up for:

Side Straddle Hops x 15 IC

Cotton Pickers x 156 IC

Windmills x 10 IC

Sun Gods Forward and revers

A little stretching

and then roll up Meemee and Bedsore.  I fold a fib earlier to Aflac as we did three burpees for the late arrivals. I heard Aflac say we could have done something different.  If I had heard earlier why Bedsore and Meemee were late, we would have skipped them.  I won’t go into any detail but two of our F3 brothers were in the right place at the right time on the way to the QAR to help an individual at a low, low point in their life .  This is one of the reasons we do what we do guys.  Major T-Claps Bedsore and Meemee.

Round 1

As we are getting ready to start, a little chirping from the Anchor ballers on why are we up here with all of that room down in the lower lot?  Oh well.  Starting at the entrance to the stadium, we did an exercise as a group x 20, ran to the next light pole x15, next light pole x10, last light pole x5.  Repeating this for each exercise

Exercises were :

Squats

Mountain Climbers

LBC

Merkins

Round 2

Lined up single file with last pax in line leap frogging to the front until we reached the first light pole, LT Dan to the next pole, leap frog to the next pole and sprint back to the entrance.

Round 3

Partnered up for a round of DORA that included

100 Air Presses

200 Side Straddle Hops

300 Wojo Squats

Round 4

Moseyed to the shelter for a round of 20: Dips, Erkins, Derkins, and Step Ups

Mary

A few minutes was left for Mary that included Box Cuttters, LSF, American Hammer, and chill cut plank with a round of merkins.
