The saying still holds true, if you don’t like the weather in NC, just wait as it will change really soon.  This morning was no different.  I was at Rotary last Thursday after the second snow storm and Steamer led an awesome workout in the snow and my fingers finally got their feeling back.  This morning, five PAX plus YHC were greeted with 59 degree temp, and shorts all around.  We moseyed to the basketball court and got it going like this:

Warmarama

Side Straddle hops x 15 IC

Cotton Pickers x10 IC

Sun Gods x10 forward and reverse on one leg

Wind Mill x 10 IC

Stretching

Round 1

Moseyed to the soccer field with three cones spread from end to end.  At each cone we did a 5 count of one exercise OYO down and back until we did all 5 exercises.  Series of exercises were:

Merkins

LBC

Kneeling Air Press

Wojo Squat

WWI Sit Ups

Round 2

Moseyed to the outfield wall for:

each PAX 10 count peoples chair and 10 count balls to the wall followed by 1 Burpee and a lap around the parking lot

we did this for 3 rounds

Round 3

Moseyed to the shelter for a ladder starting of 10, 15, 20 of each exercise with a lap to the Rotary Entrance and back between each set

With a little time left, we went back to the soccer for a LT Dan to the middle cone, sprint to the end, Lt Dan back to the middle cone then sprint back to the end.

We moseyed to the flags for a quick round of Mary that included Monkey Humpers, Merkins, Low Slow Flutter, and Box Cutters.

YHC took us out in prayer this morning.
