Fifteen brave soles gathered in the shadow of a looming lightning storm to sharpen our saw at the Hero Patriot.  The morning was kicked off by our own, Puddles, who was celebrating his second anniversary as a member of the PAX!

Puddles was not playing as we moseyed to toward the football field for a quick bleacher snake. Next up was a little track work, 5 Merkins, 10 squats and 5 WW1s  in the 4 turns of the track.  Partner up for a Wheelbarrow Bleacher snake. Once more around the track, same exercises but run backward around track stopping 4 times. Once more wheel barrow up bleachers.

Last for Puddles was a merkin countdown. 10 Merkins S/C then 15 sec forearm plank hold with the with 10 PAX counting the 15 sec forarm plank hold. Then count down to 9 8 etc. all the way to 1.

With Puddles half completed it was time for YHC to take the Q.

25 Yards out – 20 Spider Merkins – Run backward to the End zone

50 Yards out – 40 WWI’s – Run backward to the End zone

75 Yards out – 60 Star Jumps – Run backward to the End zone

100 Yards out – 80 SSH – Run backward to the End Zone

Mosey to the Pull-Up Bars

Partner Up again for 10 Dips and 10 Pull-Ups while the partner makes a lap of the building, complete 3 sets.

Mosey back to the track

400 Meters – 5 Burpees

300 Meters – 10 Burpees

200 Meters – 15 Burpees

100 Meters – 20 Burpees

Worked over we decided to undertake a rare round of Mary.
