Never heard so much mumblechatter about working out, even Kiwi was spewing! Guess if you don’t run you get more mumblechatter than usual.

all of these are AMRAP while 1 pax pulls my van 50 yards across the parking lot then push it back to the start, E250 van loaded down with tools, ladders, and all sorts of stuff. everyone switches station when pax pulling van returns.

Couch Potatoe was last to go and we all wondered why he jumped in and drove the van back to the start! Hard Stop, guessed I toned it well!!

Now I want everyone to know that Backup, Tony Romo’s 2.0 who is 13, pulled the van nearly the whole way!! Dad helped a little. Almost ran his dad over pushing it back 😂. I have always liked Backup, even though his dad has corrupted him by being an Eagles van, until today. Today, I freaking love that kid!! I told him he didn’t have to do it but he didn’t back down and proved his is a badass!!
