As the pax arrived at the Sanitary lot , YHC was eager to try a few new tricks this morning. Before we knew it, it was 5:30 mission statement given and YHC called for SSH X 20 IC from the pax. We then moseyed down the street to the cutting board for

Moving over to the fountain we did some Aiken Legs:

Over to the picnic tables on the cutting board for Abyss Merkins X 10 oyo

Completing 4 rounds. It was time to mosey on down the street in a Indian run . We stopped about two blocks away from Shevans park to pick up our coupons, 4 tires with a rope attached for pulling with a 50 pound sandback inside the tire. We split into 4 groups for a modified indian run where the last man pulled the tire to be equal with the first man then moving to the front o the line, the last man picking up the rope and continuing to pull the tire until equal with the first man. Until we reached Shevans Park. Once all pax were in we used the tennis courts for a BTTW x 10 count by each man. With this complete I called the pax to circle up and get on their 6. Prayer Concerns- Deebo has a friend that is sick and YHC has a former employee that is batteling brain cancer. Steamer took us out in prayer.
