After partnering up, partner A ran around the brick building while partner B did pull-ups AMRAP. After two rounds for each partner, we headed to the benches. Partner A again ran around the building while partner B did dips AMRAP. Finally, we moseyed back to the track for . . .
MARY
First it was five minutes of running around the track, everyone at their own pace, and then we met in front of the home bleachers for 20 LSFs IC and 20 dying cockroaches IC (Flip), before moseying back to the vehicles.
MOLESKIN
Big Mic took us out in prayer, with continued prayers being asked for Doogie’s father who is in the hospital in New Bern.
Also, as I was finishing this up, I got a message that my father has been taken to the hospital in Salisbury. I don’t know anything yet, and would appreciate any prayers given. As always, it was an honor to lead.
