Cooter voluntold YHC to get out of bed and Q the Hashmark earlier this week. Without a suitable excuse, I humbly accepted. One minute warning was given followed by mission of F3 and we were off down the path for warmarama. First exercise is miss called cherry pickers (Q meant cotton pickers). Heckling ensued, glad to have that one out of the way. With the usual warmarama completed we strolled down memory lane (Brandywine Blvd) for some 2nd F. The Pax was expecting to do the loop at this point, but that was not the plan. U-turn at the intersection and back to the parking lot where we all picked out our favorite ammo can. With an odd number of  pax, (planned) partner work was out of the question. So we would try and tackle a workout called “Diego” (cousin of Dora) on our own sans partners.

  • 1st exercise – 100 Merkins OYO. Much grumbling here, pax informed to do 10 sets of 10 instead.
  • Next up, 150 Overhead ammo can press
  • 200 – LBC ( modified to 100)
  • 250 Ammo Can Curls (50)
  • 300 Squats (30)

Smoked, we moseyed over to the sidewalk along Hwy 24 stopping at every other power pole for assorted Merkins, Mountain Climbers, Plank Jacks and Lunges.  Fellowship mosey down Village Green back to the parking lot for CPRs x 15 (see Exicon), “Head, shoulders, knees and toes” with cans – naming credit to Newman, American Hammer with can IC x15, and One minute plank hold.

Prayers for Frosted Flake’s quick recovery and surgery as well as Ricardo’s father-in-law.

Kiwi took us out with a great prayer as only he can.

Thanks Cooter.

Very Sore,

Squid
