Griswold ran the brandywine loop solo standard this morning at an impressive pace (2.8 in under 23 minutes), well done sir! As the usual suspects gathered in the gloom, Cheech joined us for his second post in two days. Welcome, intro and mission statement was given and off we went to the sound side. Warmarama in the manicured field did not consist of SSH, instead we did windmill, cotton picker, sungods, and squats.

Off to the basket ball court to reintroduce the 4×4( 4 merkins followed by 4 mountain climbers =1, 4 times = 4×4). Down to the marina, we did 4×4 and added 4 squats to each cycle. Back down bay drive we added lunges to the squats and the 4x4s. Around Cedar Dr. we added some planks, low slow flutter, hello dolly and plank holds. Then we made our way back down Core Dr. and Bay Dr. unstacking the lunges, squats and 4x4s.

At the marina again, we added baby dips IC x 20, 15, 10 and one more round of 4×4. All you got sprint to the entrance was called and Cooter left everyone in the dust. Dude can run! Dodge the moped crossing back over 24 and head back to the substandard field for 6 sets of 40 yard dashes. Circle up around the flag for stretches and one last set of 30 merkins. Hard stop.

Q school tomorrow at 7 for all able to attend.

Welcome Cheech. Glad to have you with us this morning.
