A typical Pre-Q sleepless night had YHC at the AO very early. Expecting a small crowd but hoping for another F3 rain miracle, one lonely truck (mine) set in the pouring rain until 0520. Of course, as the pax started to roll in, the rain stopped. We gathered, disclaimed and stated the mission, before a short mosey to the middle of the parking lot.

Madoff would have been proud, but he was in his warm California King Fart Sack.

10 SSH IC, 10 Fwd Sungods, 10 SSH IC, 10 Rev Sungods, 10 SSH IC, 10 Potato Pickers, 10 Cheerleaders IC, 10 Cotton Pickers IC, 10 Cheerleaders IC, 10 Windmills IC. The mumbleshit was thick, but YHC pressed on, unaffected by the pax chat.

During warmarama, Kiwi came in on one or two wheels; must of been doing 50 though the parking lot. He wasn’t worried though, Jang was on site and the fee was only 5 burpees for all.

After our warmup, we moved over to the nearest wall and assumed the people’s chair. The first two men in line ran to the far side of the lot and back. Once back to the wall they sat back into the chair; the next two ran the same loop while the rest of the pax chatted and bitched about being stuck in a squat for too long, blah, blah.

Once each man had ran their lap, we all did five burpees for Kiwi. Back to the wall for another round, this time we assumed the plank with our feet on the wall, alternating toe touches on the ground. Some further instructions were required for this, but eventually most of us got it, and it was painful and effective as YHC had hoped.

Somehow, Pasqually got his knees dirty, while Kiwi never once gave in to the pain; while the fire ants had a breakfast buffet on his hands. Once complete, we did both rounds again!

Mosey to GTC parking lot for 7’s, Burpees and Burpees, more objections from our Nantan. There may be some precedent that the two exercises must be different so the pax has something to look forward to on the other end of the parking lot. He was overruled by the QIC…

Move to the sheltered side door for a little plankarama to catch our breath (no 10 counts at Dread). Silent 10 count in plank, silent 10 count in chillcut. Off we went round the school to the pull up bars.

Partnered up again, 100 knee lifts on the dip bar was the goal, as partner b ran a lap round the building. Once completed, 100 knee lifts hanging from the pull up bars was assigned to each two man team. The pax rolled this out easily and time was running out.

Long mosey back around the school (the long way to meet minimum mileage requirements), with a Billy Run to finish off a great morning at the Dreadnought. Thanks for playing along guys! SYITG
