YHC arrived a bit early to make rounds of the walking path, ensuring the incoming PAX would be safe from trip wires, coyotes, and other Tom foolery. Upon completion YHC arrived at the shovel flag to greet the trusty site Q. At that time Monkey Wrench was expecting this song and dance to just be a duet. But, then a strange little car appeared from the darkness. Who should appear, but Bedsore and MeeMee! With a strong quartet, synchronized watches, and a hardstart the disclaimer was given and a mosey was commenced.

Warm a Rama:

SSH x 20

Abe Vigoda’s x 10 (YHC prefers the French pronunciation)

Hill billies x 15

Sun God’s x 10 f/r

Hangy down streches

The Thang:

From there we began a Merkin 1/4 Mile – 15 merkins x 4

Broke into partners for O.P.P.

Partner A – Over head press whislt in People’s Chair. Partner B – Plankjack 15 I/C. Switch for a total of 60.

LBC 1/4 Mile – same idea as before

Parters again for Monkey Balls to the Wall.

Partner A – Balls to Wall, Partner B – Monkey Humpers I/C x 15, switch back and forth for a total of 60.

Squat 1/4 Mile – same idea

After a brutal 1/4 Mile we slow moseyed to some picnic tables for:

Step ups I/C, Calf Raises, Box Jumps – 15 each 3 times.

Around the tree of life and to the circle flag for Mary

Mary taught us our ABC’s which totally wrecked YHC and then we got about 20 Seconds of American Hammers in until a majority vote called for a Hard Stop.

YHC took the PAX out in Prayer, thanks Monkey Wrench for offering up the Q!
