Flanders rejoins his fellow “Banders”

After a hiatus and return, and a hiatus and return and another hiatus…. YHC made a return to the Monday morning glory that is BAND of BROTHERS at the new AO – Big Rock Landing!  It was great to be back and it was apparent that we had an enthusiastic PAX!    It went like this:

Warmarama:

15 SSH (IC)

15 Slow Cotton Pickers (IC)

Sungods 10 forward/10 reverse

15 Merkins

Then we moseyed around the  for THE THANG:

Slow Squat 15 Single Count;  Arm Curl 15 Single Count (R & L); Shoulder Press 15 (R & L);  Seated Row 15 Single Count;  Seated Press 15 Single Count;  Lap around the fountain;  followed by some table work:  Earkins 15 Single count;  Dips 15 Single Count;  Next up was a little bear crawl the length of BRL, then turn around and bear crawl back.

Was about to begin our second set when……..

Omaha!  seated circle where we knocked out a little ab work…. which included:

WWI 15 Single Count

LBC 15 IC

American Hammer 15 IC

Back to the bands….for round 2…..Rinse and repeat.

This time, however, after the bear crawls we went straight back the band work for our third and final set of bands, mosey, table… (except the OMAHA audible).  During the second and third reps different members of the PAX would take a turn and give the count or cadence…. Everyone participated and gave great effort…..We ended with a LT Dan across the width of BRL and back again…then…

Hard Stop at 6:15…. Announcements were given and a few prayer requests made.  YHC took us out in prayer ask the Lord our God to let his light shine through us in everything that we say and do… Great to be back…I appreciate the encouragement, enthusiasm, effort, given by all, and and joy we share ITG.  Til next time!
