Double Mint had the shovel flag planted and was ready to roll,  Monkey Wrench was back from his standard run in the morning and Pedro was decked out in lime green so no one would hit him. Sniffer pulled up, followed by Reef Donkey, Wilson snuck up on us  by walking to the workout and there was a rare sighting from Holiday, who had been absent with work and vacation. YHC waited patiently for others but it seemed to be in vain. I guess that Spinal Tap put a serious beat down on the band boys because they were all no shows. I was thinking I would get some love from the Blair Farm Bunch, Devlin, Flanders Crowbar because it is so close but no. Villa being a no show hurt the most. YHC knew he could count on him, maybe not. There was a rumor about some rain and wind but I’m sure that wouldn’t keep that group from posting. They aren’t afraid to get wet? Are they? I hope they are all OK. Countdown was given 5, 2, 1 Mission statement given flawlessly again #Pasqually and all disclaimers.

Mosey to soccer field. Run to mid field and do 20 merkins, 20 squats, SC, 20 monkey humpers, SC, Run to end line 20 merkins, squats and monkey humpers, run back to start 20 merkins, squats and monkey humpers. Lt Dan to mid field.

Mosey the long way to Puck O’neal Field for BTTW with a 5 count from each man, Preachers or Peoples chair with each counting to 5 and the PAX doing air presses in unison, followed by 10 hand release merkins. Rinse and Repeat counting to 3 for BTTW, 3 air presses and 10 hand release merkins

Partner up for some Dora. 50 LBC’s, IC, Partner one runs half the parking while the other does LBC’s.    Rd 2 WW1’s, SC

Mosey to picnic tables- Rd. 1 Dips x 15, Derkins x 10 and Step Ups x 10 each leg, Rd 2 Dips x 10 but YHC remembered it was 15 and had the PAX do 5 more when they thought they were done, Derkins x 10, Step Ups x 10 each leg led by Monkey, Rd. 3 Dips x 10 with YHC forgetting it is 15 and adding them at the end, Derkins x 15 led by Holiday, Steps x 10 each leg

YHC took us out in prayer remembering an unspoken from Reef Donkey.

YHC accepted the challenge of Qing 2 days in row because of one thing, Reef Donkey’s example. I remember Reef Donkey Q’d three times in a week about a month ago. It is a great reminder to us all that the example you set in life says a lot about who you are as a person. The PAX should never ask someone to do something that you would not do yourself. I enjoyed the challenge and as I do it more and more it does get easier. Thank you for opportunity to lead and better myself
