Run 1 block drop for 1 Burpee, run another block 2 Burpees and so forth until we had ran 5 blocks and worked to 5 Burpees, unwind on the way back to to Turner Street.

Back to the Maritime Museum for a Jack Webb as follows

2 – American Hammer + 2 LSF, work up to 10 and 10

Back to Turner Street – Headed North

Run 1 Block drop for 2 Spider Merkins, so on and so forth until we had a total of 4 blocks and 8 Spider Merkins, unwind on the way back.

Back to the Maritime Museum for another Jack Webb

3 – Alternating Shoulder Taps + 3 Plank Jacks, work up to 15 and 15

Back to Turner Street

Run 1 block and drop for 3 Wiper Merkins, so on and so forth until we reached 9, unwind on the way back.

Back to Turner Street with time working against us.

Run 1 Block 5 HR Burpees, Run another Block 5 HR Burpees, and Jail Break back to the parking lot…no clue where the MOW flag was???
