YHC answered the call from the site q late Monday afternoon to come q the Chicken Shack.  I have been over several times and was anxious to ask for a date to come over and lead this fine group of men from Beaufort.  AS I entered the parking lot, I saw a familiar vehicle and asked myself one simple question.  Could that be Wilson?  Why yes it was.  Soon after, the remaining PAX began to arrive as I was still deciding what to do and where to go.  Warnings of 5, 3, 2, and 1 were announced along with mission statement and disclaimer.  With no FNG’s among us, we moseyed to the front area of the Maritime Museum for a little:

Warmarama

SSH

Cotton Pickers

Sun Gods

Hillbillies

Mosey back to parking lot and grab a band for

The Thang

3 Rounds of the following with 15 Reps each

Bicep Curls (R/L)

Shoulder Press (R/L)

Seated Rows

Chest Press

Chest Fly

Quick Mosey to end of dock for finisher of each round

Copperhead Squats

Carolina Dry Docks

After the 3 rounds, we move to the parking lot for a little partner work.  Partner A would perform the selected workout while Partner B would run to the end of the lot 2x and perform the same exercise

Squats (Partner A would use the band, Partner B would not)

LBC’s

Tractor pulls (or as they refer to them as Chariots of Vomit)

Mary

Dying Cockroach

American Hammer

WWI’s

Downward Dog

Announcements/Prayer request were made and YHC took us out in prayer

Gentlemen, it was a pleasure to lead and I hope to be invited back again someday.  Enjoyed the little fellowship that we were able to have while working out.  As I have said before, sometimes a small group is a way to grow closer to those you don’t see often.

Until next time……
