YHC was not looking forward to this Q, having fartsacked for a full week with a cold/sinus infection, and asked Dipper to help out. Oh well. With Doublemint taking way to long with the intros, it was time for the HIN crew to get on the road for a rolling Warmarama consisting of cotton pickers, sun gods and then windmills. From there instructions were given for . . .
THE THING ONE – NINE HOLES
There are nine blocks on Evans Street between the Welcome Center and the AB bridge, so we ran to each of them, stopping for the following:
#1 — 9 burpees, 1 squat, 10 merkins
#2 — 8 burpees, 2 squats, 10 merkins
#3 — 7 burpees, 3 squats, 10 merkins
(and so on at each block until)
#9 — 1 burpee, 9 squats, 10 merkins
THE THING TWO – INDIAN RUN
Two lines back to the welcome center, occasionally stopping for merkins to allow the six to catch up.
THE THING THREE
After negotiating the Welcome Center parking lot (under construction and w/o lights), we circled up in front of Marine Fisheries for a few exercises, however, I cannot recall what they were. We then moseyed to Deebo’s field for a bear crawl and Lt. Dans down the hill. Finally, we moseyed to the patio benches for two rounds of Dips, Derkins and Irkins, before returning to the flag for . . .
MARY
It was dealer’s choice and because I waited two days before writing this backblast, I have no recollection as to who called them or what we did.
MOLESKIN
It was all about the weigh-in as Dipper rolled in promptly at 6:15 with the scale. Unfortunately, Team Gert did not win and it was really close. It was all the fault of the Frosted Flake and Meemee who basically only lost the weight of their shoes and socks coming off for the final weigh-in. I should know better than to draft Clemson and Dook fans.
As always, it was an honor to lead.
-Gert
