Again we had double digits for the Greatest Green Mile ever. After screwing up the mission statement, the Q provided another key to success, ie, dropping your hands below the waist, to improve your running form. Everything should be focused ahead and again, use your breathing to settle your mind.

Today we did something different. Research shows that runners who do the same thing will lose aerobic capacity. By varying workouts, you train smarter, not harder. We did interval training, simply: easy run 5 minutes, fast run (faster than 5k pace) five minutes, easy run five minutes, fast run 10 minutes, easy run 10 minutes, fast fun 5 minutes, cool down. The group ended with a circle of trust, praying for several young daughters who are dealing with some difficult G/I issues.
