YHC rolled up to the Sanitary excited to be on the Q for the last workout of the year. I was delighted to see 14 other Pax roll out the fart sack to join YHC at the setter. With that being said YHC gave a welcome and disclaimer and off we moseyed EAST (duckbutter and misty were determined to head west) to the window gang parking lot to stretch.

THE THANG

The Pax moseyed to 4th street. YHC instructed the Pax we would make 12 stops and go all the way to 22nd street and back. With that being said, a few pax considered stopping the join the BOB. All pax continued with YHC. We first stopped at 7th St and stopped at every 3rd block along the way for an exercise. Once the pax reached 22nd street puddles gave us a quick 10 count. Each stop represented a month from the past year. The 9th stop was the most important to YHC because the month of September was called out. This by far was the most challenging month of the past year. YHC called out the pickle pounder exercise because this is what every PAX in Carterico thought of hurricane Florence. We finished back at 4th street and did 10 burpees OYO for the month of December. 3 miles were competed by every pax member. We then moseyed back to the Sanitary parking lot for a short Mary.

Hard Stop!!

Announcements and prayer request were spoken for. YHC took us out in prayer.

It was an honor to lead on the last day of 2018. Looking forward to helping Carterico continue to grow in 2019 and beyond.
